About Us HERCAR BUILDERS was established on August 23, 1988 to provide engineering and construction services to different types of clientele. We are classified as Category A, license issued by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board. Our collective experiences for over 20 years made Hercar Builders a reliable organization and it was formed into a corporation in the year 1996 and was upgraded into Category Medium A. Our services range from General Construction, Engineering Works and Project Management, with our specialty in Tele-Communication Towers, Residential buildings, Banks, Churches, as well as other Site Development Constructions. We are operating nationwide and maintaining offices in Iloilo City - Western Visayas Region, and our main office in New Manila, Quezon City
